COACHING
With more than fifteen years' experience working on foreign policy and international development - within UK politics and government, as a UN official in New York with global travel, and for a group of eminent global leaders brought together by Nelson Mandela - I specialise in coaching clients working in public service: in international organisations, in the UK public sector, in government and politics and for NGOs and social enterprises.
I work with clients who wish to gain clarity around their professional and life goals, improve or change an area of their working life (managing self, managing teams, managing up), improve work-life balance, or transition into or out of sectors.

Through the coaching process, clients often achieve greater clarity on their current situation, direction on where they want to go and how to get there, as well as discovering what could be holding them back and how to overcome obstacles.
Feedback and support with CVs and cover letters, as well as coaching for interviews, is also provided.
I am a professionally trained coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and subscribes to the ICF Code of Ethics: http://www.coachfederation.org/ethics/.

Her ability to listen and draw out what's really important, and to identify the strategies to focus on that, were particularly useful to me when I was at a crossroads. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosemary to anyone wanting help to achieve their professional and personal goals."
